Expanded Mental Health Services of Chicago, will be the service provider for the program, expanding access to free, affordable mental health services to residents of the Logan Square, Avondale and Hermosa neighborhoods. EMHS of Chicago has an excellent, established track record of providing high-quality community mental health services as they were the first provider selected to found the first community mental health center of its kind in accordance with The Community Mental Health Services Act of 2011 [405 ILCS 22/].
